Collaborate 360 is a unique yoga experience that develops connection, creativity and community.

See what people are saying about it…

“DYNAMIC AND FUN!”

Collaborate 360 is dynamic and fun! It "demands" that I maintain a mind-body connection during the process, and as a bonus, I'm practicing with a creative community of yogis that I can learn from to expand my own teaching and personal practice.

“IMPROVED MY ABILITIES AS AN INSTRUCTOR”

Collaborate 360 has improved my abilities as an instructor to think on my feet and has helped me better cue in my yoga classes.  I have improved my ability to read my students and adjust my cues based on what I'm seeing in the class, rather than just using the cues I had planned on my own.

“THIS ENERGY IS QUITE MAGICAL”

I am most impacted by the energy that is created in the Collaborate 360 circle. I am more aware of my internal practice and sensitive to those practicing with me. This energy is quite magical and the flow comes more naturally (less ego more breath!)

“ALLOWING THE EGO TO GIVE WAY TO A MORE NEUTRAL STATE”

Being in the Collaborate 360 circle deepens your thoughts, creates positive energy with a sense of vulnerability, therefore allowing the ego to give way to a more neutral state. Whether you share this with your class or a group of like-minded yogi friends, you will have fun, grow, and build confidence in your practice.

It came to Karla in a dream…

In the summer of 2021, Karla Freeze had a dream (while sleeping) that she was facilitating a group of yoga practitioners. She was struck by how brilliant the group process was and just knew she would be sharing it with the world. After many months of practicing, reflecting, perfecting, listening, strategizing, design and legal… Collaborate 360™ is now being practiced in waking life!

For Karla, yoga has been a life changing practice. Even after a decade of practice, she is still often moved to tears in gratitude after class. Her greatest hope is that more people will find yoga and experience the beauty and power in both the inner and outer philosophies of this ancient practice for the greater good of all life.

Karla completed a 200 hour yoga teacher certification program at Amara Yoga and Arts in Urbana, IL. She currently teaches at Amara while also planning events around the midwest for teachers and students to experience Collaborate 360™.
